Vision statement: To serve as an easily accessible open forum for residents and fellows to share important information and ideas across GME, to present opportunities for improvement for the betterment of learners across all programs, and to support the involvement of learners in the leadership and development of ECU Health Medical Center.

2024-2025 RFC Meetings
The RFC meets the Third Thursday of every month from 6-7pm (unless otherwise scheduled). RFC meetings are hybrid – meetings can be attended in person in MSCR-E in the ECU Health Medical Center Physicians’ Lounge, or via WebEx. All meetings are open to all residents and fellows regardless of status as a “member” of RFC. All residents and fellows are encouraged to come to all meetings when able.
