Self-Screening Tools
While we are clinicians, we are also health care humans and there may be times we have mental health needs. At ECU Health, we believe mental health is a key component of overall well-being and recognize the importance of support, especially during medical training. Brief screenings are an effective way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional. The screening tools listed below are voluntary, completely anonymous, confidential, and can assist in determining if recent thoughts and behaviors may be associated with a common, treatable mental health issue. If after completing screening you need help or support, please seek assistance from your program director, the Office of GME, Employee Assistance Program, or your primary care provider.
